At Rola Golf, each of our putter grips is meticulously handcrafted to your personal specifications. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps to initiate a replacement:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us from the contact page with your order number and detailed photos of the damage or defect.
- Assessment: Once we assess the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
- Replacement: Upon confirmation, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
- Since our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons beyond damage or defects.
- Customization errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order enters production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
